These terms apply to orders from Dermanelle Labs, a brand of Longevive GmbH, Ägeristrasse 6, 6300 Zug, UID CHE-283.890.077.
By clicking “Place order and pay” you place a binding order. The contract is made when we confirm your order by email.
All prices are in Swiss francs and include VAT. You pay with one of the payment methods offered at checkout.
We deliver within Switzerland. Delivery is free and usually takes 2–4 working days.
You can return the mask within 30 days of receiving it, even if you have tried it. It must be complete and undamaged, together with the USB-C cable.
To return it, write to hello@dermanellelabs.ch and we will send you the return address. You pay the return postage.
We refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving the return, to the payment method you used.
The mask has a 2-year warranty from delivery. Report a defect to hello@dermanellelabs.ch. The USB-C cable can also be replaced on its own.
The mask is for cosmetic use and does not replace medical advice. Please follow the manual and the safety notes.
Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Zug, unless the law requires another place of jurisdiction.
