This page explains which personal data we handle on this website and when you order, why, and what rights you have. It follows the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).

This website runs on the Lightfunnels platform. When a page loads, technical data is recorded, such as your IP address, the time and the page requested. Lightfunnels sets cookies needed for ordering and creates visit statistics for us.
For an order we collect your name, email address, phone number, delivery address and the order. We need these to deliver the mask and handle returns and warranty. Your payment details are handled by the payment provider you choose at checkout, under its own privacy policy. We do not receive your card details.
We pass your name and address to the delivery company for the parcel.
If you write to us, we use your email address and message to answer you, and keep them as long as needed for that.
Orders and invoices are kept for 10 years, as Swiss law requires for business records. Other data is deleted when we no longer need it.
Lightfunnels and the payment providers may handle data outside Switzerland. We only use providers in countries with adequate data protection or with contractual safeguards.
You can ask which data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and object to its use. Write to hello@dermanellelabs.ch. You can also contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
